About Us

Creation Welfare Society, founded under the Indian Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 by professionals in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, and Medicine, is dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities and bringing them into the mainstream of society. Our mission is to contribute to the growth and development of the poor and marginalized, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities needed to succeed in today’s competitive world. Our geographical presence spans across Bihar, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh, where we have impacted the lives of over 50,000 families. We focus on empowering women from impoverished backgrounds, including those from Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Backward Castes, through direct interventions and action-based research initiatives.

Introducing Our Learning Management System (LMS)

As part of our ongoing efforts to empower the youth, we have launched a new Learning Management System (LMS). This platform offers self-paced courses that enable young people to develop essential skills at their own pace, anytime, anywhere. With a focus on practical, industry-relevant training, our LMS bridges the gap between education and employment, ensuring that our learners are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to build a brighter future.

Empowering Young People

We believe that empowerment starts with awareness and education. Through our sensitization and mobilization efforts, we address critical issues such as gender, sexuality, health & rights, peer pressure, education, governance, and accountability. By equipping women and youth with life skills and marketable skills, we enhance their employability and livelihood prospects.

Community-Based Partnerships

Our work is deeply rooted in community-based partnerships. We collaborate with youth groups and activists in Delhi and Bihar to mobilize and empower young individuals for skill development. These partnerships are vital in creating sustainable pathways to employment and fostering economic independence.
